VEG PULAO

Hi, We are  new to this blog and want to share with you the things we like.

Today afternoon we (My Hubby & Me) prepared yummy Mouth Watering Veg Pulao.  Find below the preparation method for 2 persons.

VEG PULAO

INGREDIENTS

PEAS, BEANS, CARROT, POTTATO - FEW
BASMATI RICE - 1 CUP
PULAO MASALA
GHEE - 2 TEASPOON
OIL    - 2 TEASPOON
RAISINS & CASHEWS - FEW
WATER - 2 CUP


TO GRIND

GINGER , GARLIC AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENT
CHILLY - 1 NO
ONION - 1 NO


PREPARATION :

WASH AND CUT THE VEGGIES LENGTH WISE.






GRIND ONION, CHILLY, GINGER, GARLIC INTO A FINE PASTE






TAKE A COOKER AND ADD GHEE. FRY RAISINS, CASHEWS

ADD TWO TEASPOONS OF OIL AND THE GROUND PASTE AND STIR STILL THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF.

NOW ADD  THE VEGGIES AND FRY FOR A MINUTE
 NOW ADD THE PULAO MASALA AND STIR TILL THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF
 NOW CLEAN THE BASMATI RICE WITH WATER AND ADD TO THE VEGGIES

MIX LIGHTLY AND NOW ADD THE BOILED TWO CUPS OF WATER AND CLOSE THE LID AND PUT WEIGHT.



NOW THE YUMMY PULAO IS READY.
